What gets a fast answer

Corrections. If a figure on this site is wrong — a lane count, a rung, a ceiling, a price — send the correction with where you saw the right number. A screenshot of the game's own screen is the best source there is for this particular subject, and a correction that arrives with one is made the same day.

Questions about the game. If the answer is on a page, we will point at it. If it is not, and we do not know, we will say so rather than improvise — that rule is the whole point of how we check.

What gets a slow answer, or none

Requests to add a predictor, a signal channel or a “strategy”. The round is settled at commit. There is nothing to forecast, and we will not publish a tool that pretends otherwise.

Requests for help getting around a restriction. Not something we advise on, in either direction.

Ranking enquiries. We do not sell placement in editorial pages, and the site carries no named ranking to sell — see where to play for why.

Advertising

The advertising blocks on this site are labelled and paid. Enquiries about them go to the same address with “advertising” in the subject line.
